The PTV Revolution

You will find a myriad of entertainment choices
appearing right in front of you on your Personal Television (PTV). PTVs are
available in all seats, and you can now select from more than 20 different
video channels in all classes, plus AVOD (Audio/Video On Demand) service
to First and Business Class passengers on all long-haul flights! This allows
you to view your favorite program from our wide range of selection anytime
you want! |

AVOD - Audio Video On Demand

Now installed on all of our longhaul aircrafts, the AVOD
function is available for First and Business class passengers, which allows
you to start, pause, fast-forward and rewind any program in our offering of
50 movies and over 100 TV programs. |
Language of the Skies

As our passengers come from many different Asian and Western countries,
each Cathay Pacific flight offers audio-visual program in English, Cantonese,
Mandarin and Japanese. On selected routes there are also many English-language movies
with alternative soundtracks in a broad range of European and Asian languages. |
