First Class Seating
|
|
First Class cabins are exclusive. Seats are configured to allow generous personal space
with a seat pitch of 74 inches on long-haul routes. When fully reclined,
the reclining seat allows even tall passengers to stretch out and sleep. Pure wool
blankets and oversized pillows are provided for full comfort. First Class
configuration and style of seating may vary by aircraft type and route.

Food and Beverages
|
|
In addition to "haute-cuisine" style five-course lunch or dinner prepared
with the finest ingredients from around the world, Cathay Pacific First Class also offers
a refreshment menu. This means you may order meals to be served to you at your preferred
times.
Refreshment menu choices range from light snacks such as sandwiches, to more
substantial offerings such as Asian soups or hot entrées. Cathay Pacific's noodle service
is also available throughout the flights to and from North America. |

Meals and drinks are served in elegant custom-designed glassware and crockery. Silver
soup tureens, champagne buckets, serving dishes and silverware are also in the airline's own
special design.

| Inflight Entertainment |
|
Each of our comfortable chairs and beds are equipped with a 10.4" personal TV
with noise-canceling headsets. Our "Cinema on Demand" offers you a choice of 30
blockbusters, over 80 short features titles and 20 channels of news, sports and
award-winning documentaries which can all be viewed at any time. While our "Audio
on Demand" offers an extensive CD collection of up to 120 CDs for your listening
pleasure.

We offer Elemis amenity kits and Shanghai Tang designed sleepwear set for all
our passengers. Our inflight amenities have been specially designed to enhance
the comfort of our passengers and to help you feel refreshed and revitalized
during and after the flight. Collectable giveaways and mementos are available
from time to time.

Telephone and Fax Service
|
|
Cathay Pacific has telephone and fax services on all aircraft. In First Class, two
telephones are available for your convenience. Simply write fax messages on forms provided
by flight attendants, or fax your own documents while inflight.
